Welcome to the Miss Leeds Area and Miss Leeds Area's Teen 2024 Competition!

This year's competition will be at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 9th at Leeds High School. Tickets will be $20 payable via Venmo at the door.

Complete candidate paperwork is due no later than 8:00 a.m. on July 5, 2023.

Miss and Teen delegates will open the show in black cocktail dresses.

Miss and Teen delegates will wear Rebel Athletic wear for Health & Fitness. There are 4 different tops and 3 different bottoms from which to choose. All pieces are in the colorway "Go Red" to honor our partnership with the American Heart Association. Outfit selections include the following:

*Note - As of 7/1/23, some pieces are out of stock. The Miss America Organization is working with Rebel Athletic Wear to restock as quickly as possible. If your sizes are unavailable, you may wear any Red athletic wear.

The competition committee is looking forward to meeting each one of you as we begin our quest to crown the new Miss Leeds Area and Miss Leeds Area's Teen. A complete schedule will be provided closer to the competition date.

In addition to qualifying as a candidate in the Miss Alabama & Miss Alabama's Teen competitions, the winners will join a long line of other successful Miss Leeds Area winners in service to the Leeds community. The winner will receive cash scholarships, in-kind scholarships, and prizes.

The Miss Leeds Area Organization will not host the Rising Star program this year. If you are the winner, you are free to choose your own rising star, but they will be responsible for paying their state fee.

Again, we are looking forward to seeing you on Sunday, July 9th at Leeds High School. If you use GPS, it may take you to the middle school, not the high school, so please check the directions that are included below. Please do not hesitate to call if you have further questions.

Directions to Leeds High School

From Birmingham, take I-20 toward Atlanta, take the 140 exit, when coming off ramp bear to the right, come to the 2nd red light after you exit, turn left and come up hill, turn to the right when you arrive at school and come toward the double doors with covered walk on back side of school. (You will see the cafeteria when coming up walkway.) When entering the double doors, turn to the right and go straight into the band room.
